Van 7 tot en met 22 april 2012 gaan we wederom voor twee weken richting Japan. De reis richt zich op het bezoeken van een groot deel van de operationele militaire vliegvelden van het 'vasteland' (de eilanden Hokkaido en Okinawa worden niet bezocht). Het wordt een goede mix van luchtmacht, landmacht en marine vliegvelden. De verslagen van de reizen van 2009 en 2010 geven een goed beeld van wat er te verwachten valt. Deze trip kan als fototrip aangemerkt worden, met de focus op de mogelijkheden tot fotograferen. Dit betekent dat er altijd voldoende tijd ingeruimd wordt voor de beste plaatjes.

Routebeschrijving

De hierna genoemde planning is nog een concept. Vanwege de afstanden zal het hotel op sommige dagen pas relatief laat bereikt worden en moeten we op sommige dagen vroeg uit de veren.

De prijs voor deze reis bedraagt € 2999,- per persoon. Deze prijs omvat:

• Vlucht van Nederland naar Japan
• Vlucht van Japan naar Nederland
• Hotelaccomodatie (middenklasse hotels, op basis van tweepersoonskamers)
• Alle vervoer in Japan

Deze reis is NIET zonder vliegreis te boeken. De eenpersoonskamertoeslag bedraagt € 375,-.

Niet inbegrepen:

• individuele reisverzekering
• entree voor musea of airshows
• alle maaltijden
• alle persoonlijke uitgaven

Verzekeringen

Het is mogelijk om, via 4Aviation, een reis- en/of annuleringsverzekering af te sluiten. De reisverzekering kunnen we alleen voor Nederlands ingezetenen aanbieden.

• Reisverzekering (basis + geneeskundige kosten + ongevallen + rechtsbijstand)

(€ 1,75 per persoon per dag in Europa, € 2,65 per persoon per dag Werelddekking + € 3,50 poliskosten)

• Annuleringsverzekering

(5,5% van de reissom plus € 3,50 poliskosten en daarover 9,7% assurantiebelasting)

• Noot: prijzen en assurantiebelasting zijn onderheving aan (wettelijke) wijzigingen

We will visit Japan again, during a two week tour from 7 to 22 April 2012. The focus of this trip will be on visiting the major part of the operational military air bases of Japan's mainland (the islands of Hokkaido and Okinawa are not included in the trip). The tour will include a healthy mix of air force, army and navy air bases. The reports of our 2009 and 2010 trips picture perfectly what to expect. This trip can be described as a photo trip, focussing on opportunities for photography. This means that enough time is scheduled for the best pictures.

Itinerary

The itinerary that follows is to be considered as preliminary. Because of the distances we will check in to some hotels relatively late and we will have to get up early on some occasions as well.

Tour cost

Price for this tour is € 2999,- per person. This price includes:

• Flight from The Netherlands to Japan
• Flight from Japan to The Netherlands
• Hotel accommodation (middle class hotels, twin share room basis)
• All transportation in Japan

You can NOT book this tour without the airline tickets. The single-room supplement for this tour is € 375,-.

Not included:

• individual travel insurance
• entrance fees for museums or airshows
• all meals
• all personal expenditures

It is possible to arrange a travel and/or cancellation insurance via 4Aviation. The travel insurance is only available to citizens of The Netherlands)
