Van 4 tot 7 april 2012 vindt de volgende editie van de Aero Expo plaats op het Marokkaanse Marrakech-Menara. Net als in 2010 zal 4Aviation hier een reis naartoe organiseren. Het evenement biedt een goede gelegenheid om toestellen van de Marokkaanse luchtmacht te fotograferen. Het verslag van de reis in 2010 geeft een goed beeld van wat er te verwachten valt.

Routebeschrijving
Hieronder staat de voorlopige planning.

We vliegen op woensdag 4 april richting Marrakech en komen op zondag 8 april 2012 weer terug in Nederland. We hebben 3 dagen ingepland bezoeken aan de Aero-Expo op Marrakech; donderdag, vrijdag en zaterdag. De ervaring van vorige keer leert dat het beter is om de vliegshow zelf van buiten het veld te bekijken/fotograferen. Vorige keer was er vanuit de deelnemers interesse om één dag toeristisch, een deel van, het land te verkennen.  Die mogelijkheid bestaat (als aanvullende activiteit) nu uiteraard ook weer.

Reissom

De prijs voor deze reis bedraagt € 549,- per persoon. Deze prijs omvat:

• Vlucht van Nederland naar Marokko
• Vlucht van Marokko naar Nederland
• Hotelaccomodatie (middenklasse hotels, op basis van tweepersoonskamers)
• Alle vervoer in Marokko

Deze reis is ook zonder vliegreis te boeken. In dat geval dien je zelf voor het vervoer naar en van Marokko zorg te dragen. De kosten voor de reis zonder vliegreis bedragen € 349,- per persoon. De eenpersoonskamertoeslag bedraagt € 150,-.

Verzekeringen

Het is mogelijk om, via 4Aviation, een reis- en/of annuleringsverzekering af te sluiten. De reisverzekering kunnen we alleen voor Nederlands ingezetenen aanbieden.

• Reisverzekering (basis + geneeskundige kosten + ongevallen + rechtsbijstand)

(€ 1,75 per persoon per dag in Europa, € 2,65 per persoon per dag Werelddekking + € 3,50 poliskosten)

• Annuleringsverzekering

(5,5% van de reissom plus € 3,50 poliskosten en daarover 9,7% assurantiebelasting)

• Noot: prijzen en assurantiebelasting zijn onderheving aan (wettelijke) wijzigingen

Between 4 and 7 April 2012, the next edition of the Aero Expo takes place at the Moroccan Marrakech-Menara. Like in 2010, 4Aviation will organise a tour to the Morocco.  The event offers a very fine opportunity to photograph aircraft of the Moroccan Air Force. Itinerary

Following is a preliminary schedule.

On Wednesday 4 April we will fly to Marrakech and return to the Netherlands on Sunday 8 April 2012. We have scheduled three days for a visit to the Aero-Expo at Marrakech; Thursday, Friday and Saturday. During the first visit in 2012 we have learned that it is better to view/capture the air show itself from outside the base. During the previous tour there was a lot of interest from the participants to spend one day touring, part of, the country for tourism. Of course, this is an option (as an extra activity) for this tour as well.

Tour cost

Price for this tour is € 549,- per person. This price includes:

• Flight from The Netherlands to Morocco
• Flight from Morocco to The Netherlands
• Hotel accommodation (middle class hotels, twin share room basis)
• All transportation in Morocco

• entrance fees for museums or airshows
• all meals
• all personal expenditures

Insurances (Dutch conditions apply)

It is possible to arrange a travel and/or cancellation insurance via 4Aviation. The travel insurance is only available to citizens of The Netherlands)
