te brengen aan de vliegshow op Kecskem\u00e9t in Hongarije. Met vooruitzichten op heel fraai weer en een interessante deelnemerslijst verzamelden zich op deze dag 21 mensen op Schiphol voor de KLM-vlucht naar Boedapest. Aan het einde van de middag landden we op tijd in Hongarije en werden daar opgewacht door nog een Nederlander en een groepje Engelsen die het totaal van de groep op 29 personen brachten. De, aardig krappe, bus stond al te wachten en binnen no-time waren we op weg naar het hotel. Een stop bij een supermarkt zorgde ervoor dat iedereen meerdere liters water in kon slaan om de tropische temperaturen het hoofd te bieden. Na aankomst in het hotel en een hapje en een drankje zocht iedereen zijn bed op. Een aanzienlijk deel van de groep had een spotterspack gekocht voor \u00e9\u00e9n of meerdere dagen. Voor deze spotterspacks moest je echter \u2019s morgens heel vroeg in Kecskem\u00e9t zijn en we bevonden ons op een uurtje afstand daarvan. Ofwel; vrijdagmorgen om 05.45 zouden we gaan rijden.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/section>\n<section class='av_tab_section av_tab_section av-av_tab-8407c811291c858492653dd1fed09cb7'  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div id='tab-id-2-tab' class='tab' role='tab' aria-selected=\"false\" tabindex=\"0\" data-fake-id='#tab-id-2' aria-controls='tab-id-2-content'  itemprop=\"headline\" >2 augustus 2013<\/div><div id='tab-id-2-content' class='tab_content' role='tabpanel' aria-labelledby='tab-id-2-tab' aria-hidden=\"true\"><div class='tab_inner_content invers-color'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Zo gezegd zo gedaan, op vrijdag 2 augustus begon de bus om 05.45 uur te rijden. Zoals bijna altijd was iedereen prima op tijd om zijn ontbijtzakje uit de koeling te halen. Een uurtje later waren we bij de plek waar een groot deel van de groep uitstapte om vanaf dat moment gebruik te maken van de spotterspack. De rest werd in de landing afgezet voor de aankomsten en rehearsals. Prachtig weer en leuke deelnemers kenmerkten de dag. Op twee Duitse Tornado\u2019s na kwamen alle aangekondigde deelnemers opdagen. Erg leuk op deze vrijdag waren de Oekra\u00efense Flanker , de Bulgaarse Frogfoot en de Roemeense MiG-21. Aan het einde van de middag kwam de groep weer bij elkaar en werd weer koers gezet richting het hotel. Omdat de spotterspack registratie op zaterdag en zondag (de feitelijke open dagen) een uur eerder zou starten moest helaas besloten worden om op zaterdag al om 04.45 te gaan rijden.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/section>\n<section class='av_tab_section av_tab_section av-av_tab-81c42ea7a72274e0b063492bf4c17ebc'  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div id='tab-id-3-tab' class='tab' role='tab' aria-selected=\"false\" tabindex=\"0\" data-fake-id='#tab-id-3' aria-controls='tab-id-3-content'  itemprop=\"headline\" >3 augustus 2013<\/div><div id='tab-id-3-content' class='tab_content' role='tabpanel' aria-labelledby='tab-id-3-tab' aria-hidden=\"true\"><div class='tab_inner_content invers-color'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>De zaterdag (3 augustus) begon met een groot aantal kleine oogjes. Het vertrek om 04.45 zorgde ervoor dat we al voor 6 uur in Kecskem\u00e9t waren en dat was ook de bedoeling. De spotterspack gebruikers werden weer afgezet op de juiste plaats. De rest ging daarna naar de publieksingang en wachtte daar tot de poorten open gingen. De show zelf begon al vroeg in de morgen. Het prachtige weer was hardnekkig en het kwik zou vandaag stijgen tot 35\u2070C. Het aantal schaduwplekken was beperkt, maar er was voldoende mogelijkheid om drinken te krijgen. De hele dag door vlogen de solo\u2019s en teams af en aan. De Hongaarse luchtmacht toonde haar capaciteiten met een airpower demo. In de loop van de dag was een behoorlijke vertraging ontstaan in het programma. Dit had tot gevolg dat \u00e9\u00e9n van de highlights, de Russian Knights, pas rond 18.30 uur met haar Flankers de aan hun show konden beginnen. Erg laat, maar hierdoor stond de zon wel heel erg fraai op de kisten. Na deze demo kwam iedereen weer naar de bus en ging het weer richting hotel. Besloten werd de volgende dag een uurtje later (toch nog 05.45 uur&#8230;) te vertrekken. Een klein deel van de groep koos ervoor om op de zondag het zwembad van het hotel uit te gaan testen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/section>\n<section class='av_tab_section av_tab_section av-av_tab-d6d4869a3f7b4e4785b208bd29d06e5d'  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div id='tab-id-4-tab' class='tab' role='tab' aria-selected=\"false\" tabindex=\"0\" data-fake-id='#tab-id-4' aria-controls='tab-id-4-content'  itemprop=\"headline\" >4 augustus 2013<\/div><div id='tab-id-4-content' class='tab_content' role='tabpanel' aria-labelledby='tab-id-4-tab' aria-hidden=\"true\"><div class='tab_inner_content invers-color'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Op zondag 4 augustus begon daarom de dag niet voor iedereen vroeg. Eerst werden de mensen afgezet die naar de show wilden (met of zonder pack). De rest van de mensen ging daarna door voor een bezoek aan Kecel. In Kecel staan aardig wat toestellen (en nog meer voertuigen) preserved. Niet per se mooi maar wel heel apart is dat een deel van de collectie last heeft van corrosie als gevolg van ijzerhoudend grondwater waarmee het gras besproeid wordt. Na het bezoek aan Kecel bracht de bus de groep naar Szolnok voor het luchtmachtmuseum. Dit museum heeft heeft collectie over het algemeen goed onderhouden en veelal goed opgesteld voor leuke foto\u2019s. Nadat iedereen happy was met het bezoek aan het museum reed de bus weer naar Kecskem\u00e9t. Daar aangekomen kon nog een deel van de show meegenomen worden. De Russian Knights vlogen deze dag al rond het middaguur, wat betekende dat we rond 18 uur volgens afspraak (om 18 uur of pas als de Russian Knights gevlogen hebben) konden vertrekken. Wat volgde was de laatste avond en nacht in het hotel, met wederom een maaltijd in de open lucht.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/section>\n<section class='av_tab_section av_tab_section av-av_tab-3a3e2dd04ad2e41ad4ca8ec89f17a914'  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div id='tab-id-5-tab' class='tab' role='tab' aria-selected=\"false\" tabindex=\"0\" data-fake-id='#tab-id-5' aria-controls='tab-id-5-content'  itemprop=\"headline\" >5 augustus 2013<\/div><div id='tab-id-5-content' class='tab_content' role='tabpanel' aria-labelledby='tab-id-5-tab' aria-hidden=\"true\"><div class='tab_inner_content invers-color'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Maandag 5 augustus was alweer de laatste dag van de reis. Een deel van de groep besloot deze dag op eigen gelegenheid naar Boedapest te gaan (stad of museum). De rest stond was weer vroeg in de veren om de vertrekdag van de show bij te wonen. Vanwege het vertrek van de vlucht naar Amsterdam moesten we in de loop van de middag vertrekken. Dit bleek heel mooi getimed zodat iedereen met een pack op deze dag de Russian Knights nog net bij vertrek kon fotograferen. Voordat we naar de luchthaven van Boedapest reden werd weer een bezoek gebracht aan een supermarkt voor water. Het was namelijk nog steeds bloedheet en dorstig weer. Het weer, de fotografeermogelijkheden en de fraaie deelnemers zorgden ervoor dat iedereen heel happy was met het resultaat van de reis. Na een vlucht volgens het boekje arriveerden we in de avond weer op Schiphol en werd en handjes geschud.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/section>\n<\/div><br \/>\n<div id='av-masonry-1' class='av-masonry
