Een groep fotografen reisde naar het land om een bezoek te brengen aan de Kecskem\u00e9t Air Show. Na ingecheckt te zijn duurde het nogal lang voordat de eerste \u2018vliegbewegingen\u2019 zich aandienden. Vanwege \u2018ATC-issues\u2019 bleek de luchthaven gesloten en zagen we diverse civiele toestellen in de buurt cirkelen, in afwachting van hun mogelijke landing. Het toestel dat de groep naar Budapest bleek echter uitgeweken te zijn naar Weeze. Een telefoontje met WizzAir leerde dat onze vlucht daarop geannuleerd was. Omdat we ze toch aan de lijn hadden werd de keuze gemaakt om de groep (15 man, 1 reiziger was al in Hongarije) meteen om te boeken naar de avondvlucht op die vrijdag. Dit lukt gelukkig nog net, en na heel lang wachten op Eindhoven konden we \u2019s avonds richting Budapest vliegen, de laatste deelnemer begroeten, de huurauto\u2019s in ontvangst nemen en richting het hotel in Monor rijden.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/section>\n<section class='av_tab_section av_tab_section av-av_tab-3f6b141de0c9973d138f489498b2aef1'  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div id='tab-id-2-tab' class='tab' role='tab' aria-selected=\"false\" tabindex=\"0\" data-fake-id='#tab-id-2' aria-controls='tab-id-2-content'  itemprop=\"headline\" >7 augustus 2010<\/div><div id='tab-id-2-content' class='tab_content' role='tabpanel' aria-labelledby='tab-id-2-tab' aria-hidden=\"true\"><div class='tab_inner_content invers-color'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Volgens de verwachtingen zou het weer op zondag beter zijn dan op zaterdag. Daarop werd besloten de zaterdag, 7 augustus 2010, te gebruiken om de geplande musea en wrecks &amp; relics locaties te bezoeken. De zaterdag begon met een ontbijtje waarna koers werd gezet richting Duna\u00fajv\u00e1ros. Vervolgens werd het uitgebreide museum in Kecel met een bezoek vereerd. De zon stond inmiddels weer fier aan de hemel. De tijd verstreek snel en via een rit, die ons langs Kecskem\u00e9t voerde, kwamen we in de loop van de middag op Szolnok aan. Hier werd het grote luchtmachtmuseum bezocht. Aangezien een deel van de deelnemers aan de Air Power demo op de open dag vanaf Szolnok zou vliegen besloten we hier te wachten op het vertrek daarvan. Tegen 17:00 uur stegen inderdaad een An-26, twee Hinds en een Mi-17 op. Dit leverde nog paar leuke plaatjes op.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/section>\n<section class='av_tab_section av_tab_section av-av_tab-7e8a2527f2ffdab28031bfd195406593'  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div id='tab-id-3-tab' class='tab' role='tab' aria-selected=\"false\" tabindex=\"0\" data-fake-id='#tab-id-3' aria-controls='tab-id-3-content'  itemprop=\"headline\" >8 augustus 2010<\/div><div id='tab-id-3-content' class='tab_content' role='tabpanel' aria-labelledby='tab-id-3-tab' aria-hidden=\"true\"><div class='tab_inner_content invers-color'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Op zondagmorgen stonden de ontbijtpakketjes al vroeg op de balie van het hotel. We vertrokken om 05.30 uur \u2019s morgens richting de open dag, aangezien het waarschijnlijk druk zou worden en de show al vroeg open ging voor het publiek. Mooi voor de files arriveerden we bij de basis en konden onze auto\u2019s helemaal vooraan parkeren. De show bleek, in de ogen van velen, \u00e9\u00e9n van de betere van 2010 te zijn. Een enorme hoeveelheid interessante deelnemers was op komen dagen voor het evenement, vari\u00ebrend van Isra\u00eblische F-16\u2019s, via Spaanse Mirage F1\u2019s tot een Oekra\u00efense Su-27. Daarbij komt nog dat er op Kecskem\u00e9t heel fraai te fotograferen valt, zeker nadat de bewolking op deze zondag verdwenen was. Het vliegprogramma begon al om 08:00 uur \u2019s morgens en ging door tot na 18:00 uur \u2019s avonds. Al met al een fantastisch evenement. Met een voldaan gevoel werd de avond afgesloten met een hapje en een drankje in ons hotel in Monor.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/section>\n<section class='av_tab_section av_tab_section av-av_tab-b8901960d97d98999e288c8eaddf9c6e'  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div id='tab-id-4-tab' class='tab' role='tab' aria-selected=\"false\" tabindex=\"0\" data-fake-id='#tab-id-4' aria-controls='tab-id-4-content'  itemprop=\"headline\" >9 augustus 2010<\/div><div id='tab-id-4-content' class='tab_content' role='tabpanel' aria-labelledby='tab-id-4-tab' aria-hidden=\"true\"><div class='tab_inner_content invers-color'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Op maandagmorgen (9 augustus) hadden we nog een paar uur de tijd voordat we in moesten checken voor de vlucht naar Eindhoven. Besloten werd nog een keer af te reizen naar Keckskem\u00e9t om de vertrekkende deelnemers te fotograferen. In de blakende zon werd een aantal deelnemers van de open dag gefotografeerd in take-off en we pikten nog een paar leuke bezoekers mee. Tegen het middaguur was het tijd om weer richting de hoofdstad van Hongarije te touren. De terugvlucht verliep volgens plan en om 17:30 uur landden we weer op Eindhoven Airport.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/section>\n<\/div><br \/>\n<div id='av-masonry-1' class='av-masonry
