class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h2>Griekenland 2024<\/h2>\n<p>In april 2024 reisde een kleine groep luchtvaartenthousiastelingen naar de laagvlieggebieden in Griekenland, in de hoop een deel van de deelnemers aan de 2024-editie van de Iniochos-oefening op Andravida vast te leggen. Vier van de deelnemers ontmoetten elkaar dinsdag (2 april 2024) vroeg in de middag op Schiphol voor een rechtstreekse vlucht naar Athene. De andere vier stonden daar al te wachten en een vlotte huurauto-pick-up volgde. Toen was het tijd om koers te zetten naar Diakopto. Bij aankomst daar verliep het inchecken heel vlot en snel daarna gingen we naar bed.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/section>\n<section class='av_tab_section av_tab_section av-lwffl0sk-466b18fba2810993c3d3998c345c44d8'  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div id='tab-id-2-tab' class='tab' role='tab' aria-selected=\"false\" tabindex=\"0\" data-fake-id='#tab-id-2' aria-controls='tab-id-2-content'  itemprop=\"headline\" >3 april 2024<\/div><div id='tab-id-2-content' class='tab_content' role='tabpanel' aria-labelledby='tab-id-2-tab' aria-hidden=\"true\"><div class='tab_inner_content invers-color'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Woensdag 3 april stonden we vroeg op. Vroeg, want dat doen wij altijd tijdens onze reizen. Zin om aan de slag te gaan en niets relevants te willen missen. Omdat het nog te vroeg was voor het ontbijt in ons familiehotel, gingen we naar een klein winkeltje in de buurt dat koffie serveerde, broodjes verkocht en allerlei andere dingen die we nodig hadden om de dag door te komen.<\/p>\n<p>De rit naar de \u2018ingang\u2019 van de plek waar we naar op zoek waren, verliep soepel. We lieten ons busje iets verderop achter en begonnen te lopen (gebaseerd op de ervaring met de staat van de weg vorig jaar). De heuvel was al aardig bezet met redelijk wat mensen toen we aankwamen, maar bood toch verschillende mogelijkheden om ons te positioneren.<\/p>\n<p>Omdat we niet wisten wat we konden verwachten, waren we erg blij dat de activiteiten begonnen met het passeren van twee F-4E&#8217;s van de Griekse luchtmacht. Ze waren niet zo laag als we wilden, maar toch een mooi begin. Wat volgde waren twee Aeronavale Rafales, die iets lager voorbij kwamen. Vervolgens volgden drie F-16&#8217;s, \u00e9\u00e9n uit Griekenland (die heel laag ging), gevolgd door twee Roemenen (die hoog bleven en de vallei verkenden).<\/p>\n<p>In de middag, terwijl de zon overdag steeds verder draaide, positioneerden we ons aan de andere kant. Nadat we daar waren aangekomen, werden we al snel getrakteerd op een andere F-16 van de Griekse luchtmacht, die vrij laag passeerde. Toen was het weer tijd voor F-4&#8217;s. Twee F-4E\u2019s kwamen voorbij, waarbij de eerste deed wat we wilden dat hij zou doen (laag blijven). Er kwamen nog twee Franse Rafales voorbij (ook relatief laag). De vier Saoedische Typhoons die volgden waren duidelijk nog maar aan het oefenen, aangezien ze erg hoog waren. De laatste deelnemers van de dag waren drie Roemeense F-16\u2019s, waarvan de eerste een hele mooie en lage pass maakte.<\/p>\n<p>Zeer tevreden met het resultaat van de eerste dag keerden we terug naar ons hotel en genoten &#8217;s avonds van een zeer goede maaltijd. Een hele leuke eerste dag!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/section>\n<section class='av_tab_section av_tab_section av-lwfflhkz-8130fbc1a386cc29ad3257a3abe731b2'  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div id='tab-id-3-tab' class='tab' role='tab' aria-selected=\"false\" tabindex=\"0\" data-fake-id='#tab-id-3' aria-controls='tab-id-3-content'  itemprop=\"headline\" >4 april 2024<\/div><div id='tab-id-3-content' class='tab_content' role='tabpanel' aria-labelledby='tab-id-3-tab' aria-hidden=\"true\"><div class='tab_inner_content invers-color'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Donderdag (4 april) begon op dezelfde manier als de woensdag; vroeg opstaan en winkelen bij de plaatselijke koffiestop. Vandaag reden we met ons busje de onverharde weg op, aangezien die duidelijk beter was dan het jaar ervoor. Dit heeft ons wat tijd bespaard.<\/p>\n<p>Nadat we op de juiste plek waren aangekomen, moesten we ongeveer een uur wachten voordat de eerste kisten opdoken. Dat wachten was niet echt een grote verrassing, aangezien we wisten dat we er te vroeg zouden zijn, maar toch het risico niet wilden nemen om te laat op te komen dagen. De eerste bezoekers waren drie F-16&#8217;s van de Griekse luchtmacht. En deze wisten zeker hoe een geweldige pass zou moeten zijn; laag! Ze vlogen echt laag! De volgende toestellen waren twee F-4E&#8217;s. De eerste maakte een geweldige pass op perfecte hoogte. Fantastisch! De tweede vloog een stukje hoger. De F-4\u2019s werden gevolgd door een koppeltje Aeronavale Rafales, die eveneens behoorlijk laag wisten te blijven. Het volgende item op het menu waren vier Mirage 2000&#8217;s (drie \u00e9\u00e9nzitters en een duel). De eenzitters bleven lekker laag. Voor alle aanwezige Griekse fotografen was dit de eerste keer dat ze de Mirage 2000\u2019s door de vallei zagen gaan.<\/p>\n<p>Inmiddels was het tijd om weer naar de andere kant te gaan, de zon volgend. In de middag werden we getrakteerd op vier Saoedische Typhoons, waarvan alleen de eerste op de door ons gewenste hoogte door de vallei scheerde. Later op de middag kwam er nog een HAF F-16 voorbij.<\/p>\n<p>De avond brachten we weer door in ons hotel, waar we genoten van de maaltijd en de drankjes. De hele avond was de pass van de eerste F-4 van deze dag onderwerp van gesprek.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/section>\n<section class='av_tab_section av_tab_section av-lwfflxc2-2156a7e83640015c1b2f08a6388fd469'  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div id='tab-id-4-tab' class='tab' role='tab' aria-selected=\"false\" tabindex=\"0\" data-fake-id='#tab-id-4' aria-controls='tab-id-4-content'  itemprop=\"headline\" >5 april 2024<\/div><div id='tab-id-4-content' class='tab_content' role='tabpanel' aria-labelledby='tab-id-4-tab' aria-hidden=\"true\"><div class='tab_inner_content invers-color'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Vrijdag (5 april) was alweer de laatste dag van de tour. We deden wat we inmiddels gewend waren: dichtbij winkelen, koffie drinken en ons op de rand van de berg positioneren. Klaar voor dingen die zouden gaan komen.<\/p>\n<p>Omdat we niet al te veel activiteit verwachtten, aangezien het een vrijdag was (de Griekse luchtmacht vliegt over het algemeen niet veel op vrijdag), waren we erg blij om rond 10 uur vliegtuigen te horen aankomen. Het waren twee F-16\u2019s van de Griekse luchtmacht die weer erg laag zaten. Deze werden gevolgd door twee Qatar Emiri Air Force Rafales, de tweede kwam heel mooi voorbij.<\/p>\n<p>Later bleek dat de twee Rafales de laatste vliegtuigen waren dat we in het laagvlieggebied zouden zien. Nadat ze voorbij waren hebben we nog een tijdje gewacht, nog steeds met prachtige weersomstandigheden. In de middag moesten we terug naar Athene voor onze terugvlucht. Nadat we \u00e9\u00e9n deelnemer in Athene hadden afgezet, checkten we in voor onze vlucht. Het wachten duurde een beetje lang, omdat onze vlucht vertraging had. Het heeft ons goede humeur echter niet bedorven. We waren erg blij met het resultaat van de drie dagen die we in het laagvlieggebied doorbrachten. We hadden meer vliegtuigen gezien dan verwacht en het weer was schitterend!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/section>\n<\/div><br \/>\n<div id='av-masonry-1' class='av-masonry
