The Spanish Air Force will host the exercise Ocean Skies at Gando Air Base (Gran Canaria) in October 2025 again. The exercise normally attracts a large number of Spanish Air Force fighter aircraft from almost all units and several foreign participants. This year, the exercise is scheduled from 20 to 31 October 2025. They also often organize a spotters day, which is usually announced quite late.
Since the base offers very good photo opportunities, we plan to organise a tour to Gran Canaria. A great opportunity to combine nice weather and relaxation with great aviation photography.
