Itinerary
The itinerary that follows is to be considered as preliminary.
We offer 3 options for this exercise:
- Flying to and from Amsterdam, with a direct flight there and back. This is a tour where we arrive late on 1 July (23:20 local time) and leave early on 3 July (06:05 local time). Availability for this variant of the tour is on request. 4Aviation organises the registration of the participants for the spotter’s day at the applicable Turkish Military Attaché. Application should be done before 2 May.
- Flying to and from Düsseldorf, with a transfer on the outward and return journey. This is a tour where we arrive very early on 2 July (00:30 local time) and leave early on 3 July (07:00 local time). We currently have limited seats available for this variant of the tour. 4Aviation organises the registration of the participants for the spotter’s day at the applicable Turkish Military Attaché. Application should be done before 2 May.
- The tour where both the spotters day and the media day (3 July) are visited. This tour lasts 1 day longer (the return journey is on Friday 4 July). For this tour, you must arrange your own registration for the media day and the spotters day. We would like to point out that accreditation will most likely be more difficult this year because this is done via the Ministry of Defense and not via the Turkish Air Force.
Tour cost
Option 1:
The tour will cost on request euro (due to availabilty of airline tickets). As usual, this amount includes the return flights (Netherlands/Türkiye vv, check-in luggage included), all accommodation (based on middle class hotels, twin share rooms), 9 euro contribution to GGTO and all transportation within Türkiye. Existing 4Aviation customers will get a 15 euro discount. The single-room supplement for this tour is 100 euro.
Option 2:
The tour will cost 649 euro. As usual, this amount includes the return flights (Germany/Türkiye vv, check-in luggage included), all accommodation (based on middle class hotels, twin share rooms), 9 euro contribution to GGTO and all transportation within Türkiye. Existing 4Aviation customers will get a 15 euro discount. The single-room supplement for this tour is 100 euro.
Option 3:
The tour will cost 999 euro. As usual, this amount includes the return flights (Netherlands/Türkiye vv, check-in luggage included), all accommodation (based on middle class hotels, twin share rooms), 9 euro contribution to GGTO and all transportation within Türkiye. Existing 4Aviation customers will get a 15 euro discount. The single-room supplement for this tour is 150 euro.
You can also book this tour without the airline tickets. In that case you will have to take care of the transportation to and from Türkiye. The price for the tour without airline tickets is:
