EAA Airventure Oshkosh 2026

Information

4Aviation will travel to the incomparable Airventure in Ohskosh for its 7th time in 2026. During the week you will be amazed by the, literally, thousands of aircraft present in all shapes and sizes; light aviation, experimental aircraft, seaplanes, homebuilt kits, warbirds, modern military aircraft, ultralights, etc., if it flies you will encounter it here!

We will see them arrive, be able to inspect them on the ground, often also see them perform in the air and see a large number of them depart again.

Every day a different theme in the air show and on the ground also many stands where you can indulge yourself with all facets of aviation.

The show is from 20 to 26 July and the tour will last from 18 to 27 July 2026.

The itinerary that follows is to be considered as preliminary.

On Saturday 18 July we will fly to the USA and return to the Netherlands on Monday 27 July 2026.

The plan at this moment is as follows:

  • Saturday 18 July 2026: fly to Chicago
  • Sunday 19 July 2026: visit EAA AirVenture Oshkosh
  • Monday 20 July 2026: visit EAA AirVenture Oshkosh
  • Tuesday 21 July 2026: visit EAA AirVenture Oshkosh
  • Wednesday 22 July 2026: visit EAA AirVenture Oshkosh + night air show
  • Thursday 23 July 2026: visit EAA AirVenture Oshkosh
  • Friday 24 July 2026: visit EAA AirVenture Oshkosh
  • Saturday 25 July 2026: visit EAA AirVenture Oshkosh
  • Sunday 26 July 2026: fly to the Netherlands
  • Monday 27 July 2026: arrival in the Netherlands

The event hasn’t officially started yet on Sunday 18 July, but we’ll use that day to pick up our tickets/wristbands for the show days. Many participants will arrive that day, giving us the opportunity to get a closer look. On the way to and from Oshkosh, we’ll visit various museums and Wreck and Relics locations, depending on the participants’ interests. During the week, there’s also time for a short visit to Basler, a company that still restores DC-3s.

Tour cost

Price for this tour is € 2849,- per person. This price includes:

  • Flight from The Netherlands to the USA
  • Flight from the USA to The Netherlands
  • Hotel accommodation (middle class hotels, twin share room basis, two beds and ensuite bathroom)
  • All transportation in the USA
  • € 9,- contribution to GGTO

You can also book this tour without the airline tickets. In that case you will have to take care of the transportation to and from the USA. The price for the tour without airline tickets is € 1949,- per person. The single-room supplement for this tour is € 475,-.

Although our tours generally depart from the Netherlands, you’re also welcome to travel from your part of the world. You can arrange your own flights, or we can do that for you.

Not included:

  • individual travel insurance
  • entrance fees for museums or airshows
  • all meals
  • all personal expenditures
