Airpower 2024 Zeltweg – September 2024

Information

The Airpower show at Zeltweg is well-known and loved for its beautiful backdrop and interesting participants. The next edition of this must-visit event is scheduled for 6 and 7 September 2024. 4Aviation is keen on visiting the 2024 edition.

Like in 2019 and 2022, we plan to go there by plane and not by coach. Click the years to see the applicable report of earlier visits in 2011, 2016, 2019 and 2022.

Itinerary

The itinerary that follows is to be considered as preliminary.

On Thursday 5 September we will fly to Austria and return to the Netherlands on Sunday 8 September 2024.

This schedule gives us the opportunity to visit the event on Friday (6 September) and Saturday (7 September).

Spotter tickets are not included in the price. There are several options (https://www.airpower.gv.at/spotter-akkreditierung/). If you want to buy these tickets, you will have to book them yourself.

Tour cost

Price for this tour is € 979,- per person. This price includes:

  • Flight from The Netherlands to Austria
  • Flight from Austria to The Netherlands
  • Hotel accommodation (middle class hotels, twin share room basis, two beds and ensuite bathroom)
  • All transportation in Austria
  • € 9,- contribution to GGTO

You can also book this tour without the airline tickets. In that case you will have to take care of the transportation to and from Austria. The price for the tour without airline tickets is € 754,- per person. The single-room supplement for this tour is € 195,-.

Not included:

  • individual travel insurance
  • entrance fees for museums or airshows
  • all meals
  • all personal expenditures

It is possible to arrange a travel and/or cancellation insurance via 4Aviation. We can only offer these insurances to residents of The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Insurance is provided by a.s.r. and Allianz Global Assistance. We mediate in insurance policies and receive commission from a.s.r. and Allianz Global Assistance. Their complaints handling can be found here: a.s.r. and Allianz.
