The itinerary that follows is to be considered as preliminary.
On Friday 5 April we will fly to the USA and return to the Netherlands on Monday 15 April 2024.
The plan at this moment is as follows:
- Friday 5 April 2024: fly to Dallas
- Saturday 6 April 2024: visit Dallas / Fort Worth area and drive south
- Sunday 7 April 2024: visit show Randolph AFB
- Monday 8 April 2024: witness solar eclipse in middle of trajectory and perhaps some time for visit Laughlin AFB from outside
- Tuesday 9 April 2024: visit NAS Corpus Christi and NAS Kingsville from outside.
- Wednesday 10 April 2024: visit NAS JRB Fort Worth from outside
- Thursday 11 April 2024: visit Sheppard AFB from outside
- Friday 12 April 2024: visit Vance AFB from outside
- Saturday 13 April 2024: visit show NAS JRB Fort Worth
- Sunday 14 April 2024: fly to the Netherlands
- Monday 15 April 2024: arrival in the Netherlands
Tour cost
Price for this tour is € 2199,- per person. This price includes:
- Flight from The Netherlands to the USA
- Flight from the USA to The Netherlands
- Hotel accommodation (middle class hotels, twin share room basis, two beds and ensuite bathroom)
- All transportation in the USA
- € 9,- contribution to GGTO
You can also book this tour without the airline tickets. In that case you will have to take care of the transportation to and from the USA and within the USA. The price for the tour without airline tickets is € 1649,- per person. The single-room supplement for this tour is € 395,-.
